Refund Policy

Family North Star is a one-time purchase (€149 / US$169). There is no subscription, no automatic renewal and nothing to cancel.

60-Day Meaningful Value Guarantee

We believe Family North Star should create meaningful value in the conversations you have and the clarity you build together. If you genuinely engage with the experience and, within 60 days, feel it has not created meaningful value in your family's shared clarity or conversations, contact us and we will refund the purchase price. We ask only that you give the experience a sincere attempt before deciding it was not valuable.

• Your own purchase: the 60 days begin on the date of purchase, which is also when access begins.
• Gifts: the 60 days begin when the recipient redeems the gift, not when it was bought.
• The guarantee covers the value of the experience. It does not promise particular outcomes such as agreement, changed behaviour or relationship results.
• One guarantee refund per family workspace. After a refund, editing and new AI reflections for that workspace are closed.

This voluntary guarantee is in addition to, and does not limit, any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you, including the statutory right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU where applicable.

Gifts

• An unredeemed gift can be refunded in full on request by the person who bought it.
• After redemption, the recipient may ask for a guarantee refund within 60 days of redeeming.
• Because the payment was made by the purchaser, any refund is returned to the purchaser's original payment method. We will let the purchaser know a refund has been issued, without sharing the recipient's private reflections.

How to request a refund

Email us at support@yournorthstar.today with the email address used for the purchase or redemption. Payments and refunds are processed by Stripe, our payment processor. Refunds are usually returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
